Course Summary

Hospitality 101 is designed to introduce you to the wonderful world of hospitality, to brush up on the skills you already have and to help you build the structure of a hospitality business. 



The IIE School of Hospitality & Service Management in collaboration with Lobster Ink, the hospitality industry's training partner of choice have designed the Hospitality 101 course to focus on functional areas of the hospitality business, the skills associated with these areas and the understanding of their purpose.

Course Overview

Certification: You will receive respective Certificates of Completion issued by The IIE School of Hospitality & Service Management and Lobster Ink.
